1. It Does the Job Quickly
A poster’s job is to communicate your information quickly and efficiently. Many beginning businesspeople think that they need to pack as much as they can onto their posters. However, trying to put too much information, or too many images, into your poster will make it look complicated and cluttered. A cluttered poster cannot “talk” to its viewers quickly, which prevents it from doing its designated job. A good poster is simple yet effective. Obviously, a good poster is attractive enough to bring in your target customers. Cloud based computing and sharing of information is a very exciting new era for IT. These cloud-based technologies will definitely be the future.

However, when it comes down to it, your business is your livelihood and we need to take a cold and hard look at these applications and decide whether the technology is stable and mature enough to support us effectively.

Proper reliable automated backups could be an issue due to Dropbox being an application rather than a service.
